What is the difference between the Original and Deluxe models?

The models differ in materials and included accessories. The Deluxe model is particularly suited for warmer months because we have integrated an extra foam layer in the middle, and its outer layer is made of nylon instead of polyester. Together, this provides improved insulation. Additionally, the Deluxe model includes a thermal lid and a thermometer.

How often should I change the water?

We recommend that the ice bath be emptied 2 to 4 times per month. The frequency varies depending on the season and how often you use it for ice bathing.

Can my ice bath be left outdoors in freezing temperatures?

Yes, your ice bath can be left outdoors in freezing temperatures, but it requires certain precautions to avoid damage. We recommend packing the ice bath if the temperature drops below -10°C, as the material can be damaged by extreme cold.

If water is left in the bath during freezing weather, it may freeze. To minimize the risk, we recommend either emptying the ice bath after use or using our Epsom salt and an insulating cover to reduce ice formation. for 10 seconds

What is the cost of delivery?

Our shipping rates are 29 DKK for a parcel shop of your choice and 49 DKK for home delivery.

What is your delivery time?

We pack and ship orders on weekdays to ensure that your package arrives as quickly as possible. The delivery time is typically 2-4 business days, but delays may occur, especially during busy periods such as the lead-up to Christmas. We reserve the right for any delays with the shipping companies.

Which countries do you ship to?

We deliver to most countries within the EU. If your package is to be sent to a country other than Denmark, please contact our customer service at info@polax.dk.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking code as soon as your order is shipped. This code can be used to track your package.

Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

It is possible to change the delivery address as long as the package has not been shipped. Please contact our customer service at info@polax.dk as soon as possible for assistance.

Where can I find my order number?

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation, which you should receive immediately after placing your order at the specified email address. If you cannot locate your order confirmation, please check your spam or junk mail folders.

I haven't received an order confirmation?

If you have not received an order confirmation, please feel free to contact our customer service at info@polax.dk.

How do I know if my order has gone through?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and order number shortly thereafter. If you do not receive it and the funds are reserved on your account, please contact our customer service at info@polax.dk.

What warranty do you offer?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our ice bath and sauna products from the day you receive your package. In addition, you receive a 24-month quality warranty that covers manufacturing defects and shortcomings. Read more here.

How do I return my order?

You can return your order through our return portal, which you can find on our returns and complaints page.

How do I get my money refunded for returns or complaints?

If you would like a refund for one or more products, please visit our complaints page here. We process return cases weekly at our warehouse, so if you have sent a return package, we kindly ask you to allow up to one week from receipt. You will receive an email confirming that your package has been received, after which your money will be refunded.

Once your return package is received at our warehouse, it typically takes up to 14 business days for the money to be returned to your account. We appreciate your patience during this process.
