Prices
At Polax, all prices are listed in Danish kroner and include VAT and applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.


Payment
Polax accepts payment via MobilePay, Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay, Anyday, and Google Pay.

When paying with Anyday, the first installment is charged when the item is shipped. You will then pay a monthly installment on the last business day of the next three months. This installment depends on your order total and payment plan. If all installments are paid on time, there are no interest or fees. If you return your purchase, your agreement with Anyday will automatically be canceled. Read more about Anyday's terms here.

Reservation of Amounts
If you pay with an international payment card, the amount is reserved immediately. The funds remain reserved on your card or account until:

  1. We withdraw the amount when shipping the item, or

  2. The funds are released according to the agreement with your card issuer.

You can check the specific rules for your card with your card issuer.
We do not charge card fees.
The amount is only deducted from your card when the item is shipped.


Disclaimer
Regarding all our ice baths, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the placement can support the weight of the ice bath, depending on the model.

Price Errors
If a price is clearly incorrect and you reasonably should have noticed it, we are not obligated to sell the product at the incorrect price.

Reservations
In case of delays, backorders, or out-of-stock items, we strive to inform you as soon as possible and provide a solution, such as a refund or an alternative product.


Shipping
Polax aims to ship orders placed before 15:30 on the same day. Orders placed later will be shipped the next business day.

We strive for a delivery time of 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping in Denmark on orders over DKK 699. For home delivery, there is a shipping fee of DKK 55 with GLS and DKK 65 with PostNord.

Polax delivers via PostNord and GLS. See more under "Shipping & Delivery." Packages can be sent to your address or the nearest post office or parcel locker. Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Risskov.

We ship to Denmark, including the Faroe Islands. Note that Greenland is not available in the shop, but contact us via email to arrange a solution for delivery to Greenland.

Note: If the pickup location is full, your package will be redirected to the nearest available location, and you will be notified.


Pickup
Pickup is only available at our central warehouse, as indicated during checkout and in your order confirmation. You will receive a notification within 24 hours on business days with details on when you can collect your package.

The entire order must be picked up at once – partial pickups are not possible. Pickup is available Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00, and you will receive a confirmation before collection.


Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If your order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.

For orders delivered in installments, the period expires 30 days after receiving the last installment. If the purchase involves regular deliveries, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after receiving the first item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, notify us within 14 days by emailing info@polax.dk or using the withdrawal form found at the bottom of our terms.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the package without informing us.

Partial Returns
If you have purchased multiple items, you may return one or more of them even if they were purchased in the same order. However, only part of the shipping cost may be refunded if you return only part of the order.

30-Day Extended Return Policy
Consumers have a 30-day extended return policy for all ice bath and sauna products. This period begins when the package arrives at the delivery address.

The return policy allows you to inspect the product, similar to a physical store. You can open, assemble, and check the quality, features, and functionality, but not use it. If the product does not meet your needs, you can return it via our return portal.

We will send you a prepaid return label, and you will receive a full refund, provided the item is returned in its original condition.


Claims & Complaints
Under Danish consumer law, you have a 24-month warranty on your purchase.

If your claim is valid, you may receive a repair, replacement, refund, or price reduction, depending on the situation.

You must file a claim within a reasonable time after discovering the issue. Claims filed within two months of discovering the defect are always considered timely.

If your claim is justified, we will reimburse your reasonable shipping costs. The item must be returned securely packaged, and you should retain a shipping receipt for reimbursement.

Complaints
If you wish to file a complaint, contact info@polax.dk. If we cannot resolve the issue, you may file a complaint with Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg via www.naevneneshus.dk.

For complaints outside Denmark, you can use the EU Commission’s online complaint portal at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.


Privacy Policy
We collect the following personal information for order fulfillment:
Name, address, phone number, and email address.

Your personal data is stored for five years and then deleted.

We only share your information with third-party service providers necessary for fulfilling your order. These providers cannot use your data for their own purposes and comply with EU data protection regulations.
