Polax Return & Refund Policy
At Polax, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If, against expectations, there is an issue with your product or you wish to return an item, we have made the process simple and hassle-free for you.
How to Return an Item
You can register your return via our return portal: Polax Return Portal.
Follow these steps:
- Click the link to the return portal.
- Enter your details and provide your order number.
- Select the reason for the return and indicate whether you prefer an exchange or a refund.
- Print your return label and send the item back to us.
Important Information
- Returns must be registered and shipped within 30 days for ice bath and sauna products, and within 14 days for all other products from the date of receipt.
- The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs DKK 39 are covered by the customer unless the return is due to a claim.
Claims & Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. All claims should be sent to us at info@polax.com.
We process claims as quickly as possible and will contact you once your case has been reviewed. To speed up the process, we recommend attaching photos documenting the issue when submitting your claim.
Refunds
Once we have received and processed your return or claim, you will receive a confirmation.
- Refunds are typically issued within 7-10 business days after approval.
- The amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
