The steam sauna is heated by warm steam generated by a steam generator. Unlike a traditional sauna, where the room is heated by a heating element, the steam sauna is warmed through convection. This provides a different heating method that many find more relaxing and comfortable.
The steam sauna has a higher humidity level and a lower temperature compared to a traditional sauna.
Can I keep my ice bath outdoors all year round?
Yes, the ice bath is designed for outdoor use all year round. However, for optimal durability, you should take precautions during severe frost and consider bringing it indoors if necessary.

How often should I change the water?
