This is normally in connection with establishing a login or with a purchase. We also collect your data when you sign up for our newsletter, leave a review or when you contact us with questions, complaints or feedback.
When you shop with us, we need the following information in order to deliver the goods to you: Name, address, phone number and email address.
We do not process personally identifiable information about you from third parties, nor do we save information about means of payment, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers and the like.

Treatment basis and purpose
We collect your usual contact details such as name and address in order to deliver the product or service that you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation and a delivery confirmation.
When you pay for your product or service, we collect your name, card details and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for payment processing and fulfillment of the concluded agreement. When making payments, some of your information will be transferred to Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, including information necessary to complete or support the payment, such as the total purchase amount and billing information.
If you have given us your consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up for and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link for unsubscribing. If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
If you do not want to provide the personal data required to complete a purchase of a product, you will unfortunately not be able to purchase products from us on our website.
Your data (except your email address if you have consented to the processing to receive offers) will be deleted 5 years after you have received your product or service.
4. Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures that work against the possibility that your information is accidentally or illegally removed, made public, lost, degraded or ends up with unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
5. Purpose
The information is used to identify you as a user and show you the ads that are most likely to be relevant to you, to register your purchases and payments, and to be able to deliver the services you have requested - such as sending a newsletter. In addition to this, we use information to optimize our service and our content.
6. Period of storage
The information is stored for the period of time permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer necessary. The period depends on the nature of the information and the reason for the storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when the information is deleted.
We save, among other things, personal data that is registered with hos for seven years, this for accounting and tax reasons. The data is then deleted.
7. Sharing of information
Data about your use of the website, which advertisements you receive and possibly click on, geographic location, gender and age segment, etc. shared with third parties to the extent that the information is known. You can see which third parties we are talking about in the "Cookies" section. The information is used to be able to direct the advertising to the right segment.
We also use a number of third parties to store and process data. These only process information on our behalf and may not be used by them for their own purposes.

We have our website with Shopify and payment systems through Mastercard, Visa, Apple Pay and Google Pay, which acts as our data processor. All personal data that you provide on our website will be stored in Shopify's data center.
We use external companies as suppliers to be able to deliver our services as well as possible. These external suppliers are data processors and in some cases process personal data in connection with their delivery of services to us. Our data processors only process personal data according to our instructions and in accordance with the legislation's requirements for data processors.
8. Understanding and Consent
You always have the right to receive information about which data we have registered about you. You can also always object to the information being used. You can also withdraw your consent to your data being processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted.
