1. Payment
At Polax.se you can use all VISA cards, MasterCard, ApplePay, GooglePay and Klarna. When paying by card r eserved the amount immediately, but the amount is deducted from your account at the earliest when the item is sent from us.
All amounts are in Swedish kronor and include VAT. We do not charge a payment fee.
We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your payment information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer protocol). This means that your information cannot be intercepted. Our payment provider meets the requirements of PCI DSS.
We do not enter into purchase agreements with minors (under 18) without the guardian's approval.
1.1 Clear
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:
- Pay within 30 days: Payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. The conditions for paying within 30 days can be found here .
- Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay in installments for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total used credit amount or in accordance with the conditions approved at the checkout. In order to be able to offer a set of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact and order details with the provider of the respective payment service. We recommend you read our Privacy and cookie policy here .
The use of this information is regulated in accordance with the applicable data protection law and Klarna's privacy policy .
1.2 Conditions for Klarna as a payment method
Note that Klarna does not accept "other delivery address" on orders, but can only deliver to the buyer's registered address.
Klarna offers Buyer Protection, which means, among other things, that you as a consumer do not have to pay for your ordered goods until you have received them, and that Klarna assists you with problems related to your purchase.
1.2.1 Costs and fees
Klarna charges an invoice fee of SEK 0 per purchase. In case of late payment, a reminder will be sent to you where you will be required to pay a reminder fee. If you have shopped for less than SEK 60, a reminder fee of SEK 29.00 will be added, and if you have shopped for SEK 60 or more, a reminder fee of SEK 60.00 will be added. A late payment interest of 24.00% plus applicable reference interest is also added. If no payment is made thereafter, the claim may be handed over for collection processing, where additional collection costs may be incurred.
1.2.2 Credit check and personal data processing
When you choose to pay by invoice, Klarna performs a credit check. If a credit report is taken, you will be notified of this and receive a copy of the credit report sent by post or e-mail. Klarna processes your personal data to fulfill our obligations under this agreement and for the other purposes described in our Data Protection Information. You can find the data protection information here , and by using Klarna's services you also confirm that you have read this data protection information. Klarna processes your personal data, among other things, to carry out identification, customer analysis, credit checks, marketing and business development. They may also transfer your personal data to selected partners (such as credit rating agencies), who may be established in a state outside the EU/EEA. 2. Delivery
At Polax, we offer delivery to post offices and home delivery. Delivery to a post office is free for purchases over SEK 1299, for longer purchases the delivery costs SEK 59 to a post office and SEK 99 for home delivery.
Delivery usually takes between 1-4 business days.
In the case of pre-orders, however, other delivery times that are specified under the applicable pre-order item apply.
Polax is responsible for the goods until you have received them.
During periods of extra high load, such as around Christmas or Black Friday, you can expect a slightly longer delivery time than usual. If Bolax expects that the order cannot be delivered within the agreed time, you will be notified of this via the e-mail address you specified when ordering. Here we provide information about the reason for the delay and a new delivery time. Should this occur, you of course have the right to cancel your purchase at no extra cost.

2.1 Shipping damage
In the event of any shipping damage, please contact our customer service at e-mail address: info@polax.se immediately. It is important that shipping damage is reported within 3 days of receipt, i.e. unpacking of goods must be done immediately to check its condition.
If the goods have been damaged during shipping, we ask you to take pictures and describe the damage, so that we can claim the goods and offer compensation.
3. Your order
When you order a product from us, you automatically receive a receipt via e-mail that confirms which products you have ordered. This email confirms that we have received your order. Your order confirmation, which is the binding legal agreement, is only sent to you once we have shipped your order.
When your order has arrived at the post office, an SMS and/or e-mail notification is sent confirming that you can pick up your package.
4. Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.
If you wish to cancel an item, you need to contact us within 14 days from the collection date. If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline starts to run from the day you receive the last item. The deadline means that you have the right to notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. You contact us at the email address info@polax.se. In your message, you must clearly inform us that you wish to use your right of withdrawal.
When you have notified us that you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.
Please use our returns portal to create your return case and obtain a return label.
When you return an item, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly and sufficiently wrapped. You as the customer are responsible for the item until we receive it. Therefore, save the shipping company's delivery receipt and any tracking number.
To apply the right of withdrawal, you must fill in the Swedish Consumer Agency's withdrawal form, which you can find here .
Please note that you can only get part of the shipping costs refunded if you regret part of your purchase.
4.3 Decrease in value
You are only responsible for a decrease in value that is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the properties and function.
If the product has been handled in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back. The size of the deduction is determined based on the item's remaining sales value.
If your item has special packaging and it is missing upon return, it may result in a reduction in value.
We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging.
If we receive a return, which we consider does not meet the requirements of having an unbroken packaging and otherwise unused and undamaged condition, we will contact you via e-mail.
4.4 Return cost
You must pay for the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible for any damage during transport. Return shipping costs SEK 60 and this amount is deducted from the refund.
Note. Some goods cannot be returned via regular post office. This applies, among other things, to larger goods. The cost of returning these goods is not expected to exceed SEK 299.
4.5 Refund
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (but not extra delivery charges where you have chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery option we offer), no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you cancel the agreement.
Once we have received the item, it may take up to 14 days before we have checked your item, processed your return and refunded the amount. The amount is transferred to the payment solution you used at the time of purchase.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation showing that you have returned it.

5. Right of complaint
The Consumer Purchase Act applies to purchases of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain for three years. If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or replaced.
You can also get your money back or a discount on the price, all depending on the concrete situation.
You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. A complaint made within two months after the fault has been discovered is always considered to have been made within a reasonable time.
Please note that the right to complain does not apply to faults or damage caused by incorrect use of the product.
A complaint request is made by sending us an email at info@polax.se where you enter the order number, describe the problem/error and attach a couple of pictures that show the problem/error.
If the complaint is justified, together with our customer service you will come up with a solution that suits the specific situation, i.e. whether it is a repair, a new item or a refund.
In the event of an approved complaint, you will be refunded via the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase. If extra costs have been incurred in connection with an approved complaint, such as shipping fees, this will also be refunded against a receipt. In the event of an approved complaint, we are therefore liable for all costs including shipping.
Please note: We do not process returns or complaints that are returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.
Any dispute must be resolved by either the Allmänna Reklamentationsnämnden (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).

If you are trading as a trader, we reserve the right to rectify the fault by, for example, repairs instead of replacing the product.
7. Force majeure
Polax is released from liability for damages and other penalties for preventing, hindering or delaying the performance of the agreement due to circumstances beyond our control. Government interventions, new/amended legislation, lack of funds, war, fire, flood, labor disruptions, bans, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of supplies from suppliers are taken into account as triggering factors, as well as the company being exposed to criminal activities such as affects the business.
8. Fraud
All fraud is reported to the authorities and we reserve the right to cancel the purchase if any suspicion arises.
9. Disclaimer
9.1 Security
As with all of our products, it is your responsibility to ensure that the location can support the ice bath, depending on the model.
9.2 Price
If a price is clearly incorrect and you should reasonably have discovered this, we are not obliged to supply the relevant product at the incorrect price.
10. Privacy and cookie policy
The data protection officer at www.polax.se is Polax ApS.
By using the website Polax.se, you accept that we process your personal data according to our Privacy and cookie policy, which you can find here . We are aware of the need for adequate protection of and justifiable processing of your personal information.
Personal data is any information that can be used to identify a person, including, but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, private address or other physical address, e-mail addresses or other contact information, regardless of whether it concerns the private residence or workplace.
We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.
The company does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not save information about means of payment, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank account numbers or the like.
The personal data is registered with Polax and saved for seven years. The data is then deleted.
We also collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.
As registered with Polax, you always have the right to object to registration and processing. You also have the right to receive information about what information is registered about you. These rights are governed by the Data Protection Regulation (EU) and national laws. Inquiries in this regard should be sent to: info@polax.se.
11. Changes
We may revise these Terms of Use at any time. Every time you order a product from us, the general terms and conditions that were current at the time of the agreement between you and Polax apply. You should therefore regularly visit this page to read the current terms and conditions to which you are bound.

Should we not reach a solution, you have the option of taking the matter further to the General Complaints Board (ARN) in Sweden or the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (EU ODR).
