Should you make a return or complaint? Below you can choose whether you want to use our returns or complaints portal.
Return
Have you regretted it and want to use your right of withdrawal or open purchase?
In our return portal, you log in with your order number and your e-mail.
When you are logged in, you will come to a step-by-step guide where you can choose what you want to return. You will then receive an email with a return label.
Return shipping costs SEK 60 and this amount is deducted from the refund.

Complaint
Have you been unlucky and received a product with an error or defect?
Of course we will find a solution for it. You should contact us at info@polax.se and it is important that the following information is included so that we can carefully assess the matter:
- Order number
- Description of the complaint and what the fault is
- When you discover the error and in what context
- Attach photo evidence of the error
Once you have submitted the information, we will contact you as soon as possible with solutions and any additional questions.
